Account Coordinator

Apollo Interactive is seeking an energetic, talented and team-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll work with the Account Management Team within our Lead Generation division.

Apollo uses a variety of online marketing techniques to generate leads for our clients in the insurance and mortgage sectors, and it’ll be your job to ensure successful partnerships with our lead buyers. This position provides the opportunity to develop creative solutions to problems with the exceptionally talented and dynamic team of Apollo employees. This position will allow you to develop account management skills as you communicate with clients on a daily basis. You will also learn more about online marketing techniques and how to evaluate performance both internally and for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Apollo Interactive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Lead Generation team. This is a full-time position is out of our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office.

We are looking for someone who is excited about direct response and performance marketing in general, the thrill of closing business, the opportunity to be rewarded well for your efforts, and has connections to the insurance and/or lead generation industries. You will work closely with the EVP, Director, and Account Services teams to identify, prospect, engage, wow, and procure new business.

Responsibilities:

Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

Apollo Interactive is seeking a productive, detail-oriented, analytical, motivated, and creative Email and SMS Marketing Specialist to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist, you will be a key part of our marketing team. You’ll be creating transactional, remarketing and drip campaigns, and working with 3rd party advertisers to generate leads for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally on a variety of projects and be a key player in a revenue-generating role at Apollo Interactive.

Ideal candidates will be organized, strategic, quick learners, able to work independently, and interested in digital marketing, online lead generation and insurance. Responsibilities include:
  • Create email and SMS campaigns from end-to-end to support the marketing strategy
  • Initiate ideas for A/B tests; set up A/B tests and evaluate campaign metrics and digital analytics to make actionable recommendations and inform the development of new tests
  • Manage email and SMS deployment calendar and testing calendar
  • Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns and develop insights to be used for campaign optimization
  • Optimize copy for maximum deliverability and engagement, including open rates, click through, calls, conversion and profit
  • Build and maintain email and SMS segments in accordance with overall strategies
  • Identify and resolve deliverability issues, bounce backs, spam complaints, and opt-outs

Partner Marketing Coordinator

As a Partner Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of our Lead Generation division in a supporting role to our Partner Marketing team –preparing reports, evaluating data, and providing sales materials to our company’s new and existing marketing partners, affiliates and advertising networks.
