Who's to say that the creative theme for a digital advertising campaign can't emanate from the programmer or developer? Or the idea for how a microsite should function comes from the account guy. Regardless of the size or scope of the project, we engage the same talented resources that may otherwise be working diligently on our agency of record clients. There is no B team at Apollo, and that is of tremendous value to all of our clients.

Mike Ranshaw

Managing Director

Mike is the Managing Director of Apollo based in the Los Angeles office. In addition, he serves as the account team leader and chief advocate for some of Apollo’s largest online advertising accounts.  He is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, formulating strategies and offerings, and executing strategic services that meet and exceed client marketing and advertising goals.  Mike leads dedicated Account, Media, and Production teams and serves as a high-level decision maker and problem solver for Account related issues.  An employee of Apollo since 1998, he possesses broad strategic online experience including performance and brand based advertising, technical project management, and complex programming and application development.  Mike holds a BS in Business Administration/Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Matthew J Beshear

Managing Director

Matt is the Managing Director of Apollo based in the Dallas office. He has been on the agency-side of the digital marketing space since 1999, all during his tenure with Apollo. He has had the privilege to serve as the strategic and account lead on large digital initiatives for such prestigious brands as Jack in the Box, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Visionworks, and WellPoint. In addition to client activities, Matt shares management responsibilities for the agency as a whole with Mike Ranshaw. Matt prides himself on the ability to motivate his team to get things done and get them done right. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with degrees in Accounting and Finance as well as a Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine School of Law. When not solving his client’s advertising problems, Matt enjoys spending time as a husband and dad to three spirited young children.

Andrew Shevin

Vice President, Business Development

What does a company do when faced with profound brand challenges and radical, light speed change in their marketplace?  Our smart money is on Andrew, a veteran of the business who broke away from the big agency scene to form his own firm The Ballpark and run accounts from a truly integrated perspective, bringing to bear the communications disciplines and media strategies that engage audiences right out of the gate and delivering immediate, measureable results.  Andrew recognized this need for a tailored approach to each challenge facing his clients after years of running major accounts at Grey, NY, BBDO West, Dailey & Associates and Seiniger Advertising.  Andrew has handled more than $500 million in billings for such national clients as DIRECTV, Disney, Easton, ESPN, Feld Entertainment, Fox Sports, HBO, Hilton Hotels, NASCAR, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, TNT/TBS and Western Digital.

Greg Sher

Media Director

Greg is the Media Director of Apollo based in the Los Angeles office. Greg is responsible for leading a team of media personnel to strategize, plan, buy, and execute online advertising campaigns ranging from broad-based awareness campaigns to cost per acquisition deals. Greg began his tenure at Apollo in the trenches, managing million-dollar PPC campaigns and brings that experience to each media opportunity.  Greg is continually investigating new digital media opportunities and cutting-edge techniques to benefit our clients’ current media offerings.  Joining the company in 2008, Greg lends his expertise and experience in the development of integrated media plans and is at the forefront of evolving traditional media programs by leveraging the power of digital media to deliver on our clients’ objectives.

Todd Anderson

Vice President, Insurance

Todd leads the company’s Insurance Practice division. What began as a single client’s affiliate marketing initiative has evolved into a portfolio of over 10 properties that generate one million leads per year for clients in the health, Medicare, life, auto and home insurance verticals. Todd is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Insurance Practice team which includes Affiliate Managers, Developers, Account Managers, Search Engine Marketers, and Analysts. He focuses on developing new business, optimizing lead generation strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring clients’ sales expectations are met. Todd has a background in sports marketing and event management, and as an active community member, he volunteers on several committees and serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization. Todd has been with Apollo since 2010 and is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he studied Communication, Business, and Film.
