Account Coordinator – Affiliate Marketing – Los Angeles

Apollo Interactive is seeking an organized and team-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As an Account Coordinator, you will be part of our Lead Generation division in a supporting role to our Affiliate Marketing team –preparing reports, evaluating data, and providing sales materials to our company’s new and existing online affiliate partners and advertising networks.

Ideal candidates will be organized, methodical, quick learners, possess great communication and negotiation skills, and have at least one-year experience in affiliate marketing. Applicants must be motivated, professional and have excellent time management skills. Applicant must also be able to work efficiently in a small team environment and manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must as data will be analyzed for information regarding industry trends, optimization of campaigns and scaling of volume to maximize revenue.


    Responsibilities include:
  • Support the affiliate marketing team that services our partners in the performance marketing industry
  • Assist in the evaluation and optimization of affiliate and network campaigns
  • Generate traffic quality reports for our affiliate sales team
  • Maintain level of familiarity with all aspects of accounts – including marketing methods
  • Review affiliate creatives and ad copy to ensure brand compliancy

    Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree from 4-year university required

Apollo Interactive is seeking an experienced, analytical, motivated, and creative Email Marketing Manager to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be part of our Insurance team managing our internal email data, working with 3rd party advertisers and emailers to generate leads for our clients. You will work closely with our team of Account Managers, Developers, Affiliate Marketers, and the head of the division on a daily basis to maximize email revenue for the company.

Ideal candidates will be organized, strategic, quick learners, able to work independently, and experienced in online lead generation and email marketing. Applicants must have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work efficiently in a team environment, and can manage multiple projects at once.

We are looking for someone to take the reins and develop our internal email marketing strategy, and if successful, build a support team. Candidates must have experience with multiple ESPs and the understanding of email marketing best practices.

Front-End Web Developer – Los Angeles Office

Apollo Interactive is seeking a creative, methodical and team-oriented Front-End Web Developer to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full-time position. As a Front-End Web Developer, you will be part of our growing production team; creating Web graphic work for a variety of our insurance and brand clients, including full Website Redesigns, Microsites, Landing Pages, Emails, and maintenance requests. You will also be responsible for the production of responsive websites using HTML/CSS/JQuery and Javascript. In addition, this person will work closely with our Account Services, Creative, and Programming departments on a daily basis to come up with solutions for the client’s digital presences.

Applicants must be able to hand-code HTML (candidates dependent upon WYSIWYG applications will not be considered) and demonstrate proficiency in HTML/CSS Web design optimized for all major browsers. They must be familiar with responsive media queries and the latest version of the Twitter Bootstrap framework. Any PHP Programming knowledge is a plus; however, we have full-time personnel who handle these responsibilities for the sites.


    Additional Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in front end development.
